ANALISIS PENERAPAN KEGIATAN OUTDOOR LEARNING "ANAK TANGGUH BENCANA" DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 4 KOTA MALANG

Indonesia is a country that is prone to disasters, both natural and non-natural. Factors due to natural disasters can cause casualties, environmental damage, property losses and psychological impacts. The results of data from the Malang Regency BPBD recorded that 202 schools were damaged, 129 places of worship were damaged, 14 health facilities and 32 other public facilities were also damaged due to the earthquake that hit Kabupaten malang on April 10, 2019. From the results of these data, it can be said that schools must receive special attention on order to be safe, clean, healthy, child-friendly and fun place for children and school residents to carry out learning activities. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation and results of the implementation of Outdoor Learning activities for “Anak Tangguh Bencana” at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Malang. This research method uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive type of research, using an instrument of observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation guideline. Sources of data from this research are the Principal, Coach, Students and Guardians of SD Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Malang. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclutions or verification. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The results of this study are: 1) the Outdoor Learning program “Anak Tangguh Bencana” at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Malang is an implementation of Permendikbud No.33 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program. The implementation of Outdoor Learning activities “Anak Tangguh Bencana” is carried out well, starting from: (a) Adequate safe school facilities, (b) Disaster management in schools that already have a complete structure and also have permanent procedures for disaster emergency response, and (c) Continuous education on disaster risk prevention and reduction is carried out to hone the soft and hard skills of all school mambers. 2) The impact of the implementation of the “Anak Tangguh Bencana” program at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Malang is able to increase students awareness of the importance of maintaining and caring for at least the school environmental and the home environment. Build awareness and increase the capacity of school residents on the important of implementing safe school education in tackling and reducing disaster risk. As well as improving the quality of the facilities and infrastructure of the Disaster Safe Education Unit so that they are safe against disasters
